Thanks for writing back. After I wrote I was shocked to find out that it's $19.95 per MONTH!! That's $240 a year!! I'm on disability and have to live on a little over $800 a month. No way people like me can afford it; I'm sure that's true of lots of his fans. Oh well!
Is that YOU with Barry and a cake? Photo #85? Did you do the picture on top yourself? And did you also draw the picture of Barry, photo #1? I have no drawing ability. If that's you, it's interesting to see that, although you don't really look alike, you have many similar features: mouth/grin, nose (yours is smaller), eyebrows, hairdo, slim body. Of course you're both older now. I think you got better looking as you've aged. I think Barry has also grown into his face. BUT...waaaaay too much plastic surgery!!! I like your style better.
Did you get to see him on that British tv show? He's soooo thin...and both my mother and I think he looks much older. Any info about why that might be over the pond in Holland. If he purposefully lost weight he needs to put it back! Did you and and your partner get over the Channel to see him in Britain.
That's more than I meant to write! It was 99oF here yesterday; it's 15o cooler today. 84oF Finally feels like what we call Indian Summer here in the US!

is het niet raar dat je op de UK en US ning wel films kunt uploaden en bij NL niet? Ik kan niet vinden hoe ik de achtergrond kan veranderen op ned. ning, dat kan wel op de andere. Ik dacht handig te zijn en mijn passwords te veranderen door er uk/us en nl achter te plakken zodat ik ze apart kan inloggen, maar ik ben bang dat er nu een probleempje is ontstaan. UK pages 1 willen maken, niets gehoord. Kun jij van die 2 engelse 1 maken. (Of begrijp ik er niets van, dan sorry).

Hopelijk nog meer Manilowvrienden. Ik ben fan sinds 1978, niet altijd heel actief, maar ik draai(de) zijn muziek toch veel. Ben 1 x in Congresgebouw in Den Haag naar Barry wezen kijken, geweldig! En 6 december in Londen, de dag van mijn leven of in ieder geval één van de dagen. Achteraf veel te weing 2 x in je leven, maar ja that's life.

Wow, we are very, very far away from each other, but we do have Barry in common and that is a very good thing, indeed!! Have you been able to purchase Barry's new 80's CD? I am not sure how it works between the US and the Netherlands when it comes to Barry's CD's, you know what I mean? I just love Islands in the Streams and Careless Whisper especially on that new CD. Ik vind het echt jammer dat ik je niet heb gezien in London, had het wel leuk gevonden je eindelijk eens te ontmoeten. Het was me een weekje wel daar, in Las Vegas heb ik de show van barry Manilow gezien, maar in London heb ik Barry Manilow gezien en wauw moet daar nog steeds van bijkomen. Het was mijn 1e Barry concert en ben dankbaar dat ik dat heb mogen meemaken. Heb daar ook Anette ontmoet en samen met haar, Annelies en mijn eigen mannetje hebben we iets geweldigs meegemaakt.
